CONTROLLING PIMPLES

1 REGURALY WASH your face 2-3 times a day with mild cleansers. Splash water instead of massaging and gently pat your face dry with a soft napkin.

2 DRINK plenty of water, Have more greens, salad and citrus fruits.

3 REDUCE stress through meditation, exercise and yoga. Take short breaks during long working hours.

4 CONSULT your dermatologist for early intervention.

5 DO NOT develop an inferirority complex as there is an assured remedy for one.

6 DO NOT touch and pick the pimples as it may lead to Permanent Scars.

7 DO NOT use cosmetics, particularly those which are oil-based.

8 AVOID home remedies.

9 AVOID the intake of oily foods, nuts, aerated drinks and chocolates.

ALSO NOTE : 

You can actually shrink a PIMPLE within minutes by putting a bit of Listerine on it. 

The alcohol dries it up and causes it to fade.
